Now that I have Blue Iris installed, I'd like to repurpose the AT&T Digital Life's Wi-Fi PTZ camera, the SerComm RC8230D, as remote connections to Blue Iris is lightning fast. Anyone have any experience getting this device off of AT&T's control? I tried a factory reset but Digital Life still picks it up.

I know this is an old post but I wanted to say Yes I was able to get this camera working with Blue Iris.

1. Plug the camera into a router/switch with power off.
2. Plug in camera
3. Hold reset button for 10 or so seconds
4. Use angry IP scanner to search for a device named SERCOMM or SC######
5. Go to web and type in IP address of the camera
6. Username is administrator password is blank
7. Go to wifi setting on camera and enter your wifi network info and SAVE. Also maybe set static IP adress
8. Unplug power and ethernet
9. Plug power back in and Ethernet light on camera should stay on
10. Go to Blue Iris and add IP address of camera with username whatever you changed it to or by default use administrator
11. Change make to 'sercomm and model to 'RC8021'. If this doesn't work try other model
