setting up dahua nvr to capture scheduled screenshots

I have a dahua nvr, not sure what model but it has 16 ports and 8 of them are poe. Can it be set up to automatically capture screen shots at scheduled intervals? If so can someone tell me how? If it could be emailed that would simplify my llife as well. Only want to do it at the moment on one ptz dome camera. We are having some construction done and I would like to capture the progress as things move along.
