I have a couple of new Hikvision AcuSense DS-2CD2083G2-IU 8MP bullet cameras and have one mounted on the side of my home which I want to be in a "corridor" mode. I have successfully mounted it with the lens rotated (so it's vertical) and turned image "rotate" on (rotating the image 90 degrees). I using a Hikvision AcuSense DS-7608NXI-K2/8P NVR. When I go directly to the camera, via the web interface using Chrome, the Live View shows the image perfect - in it's 9:16 format (see attached picture). However, when I'm in the web interface Live View of the NVR (showing me all cameras videos), this camera image is not 9:16, but rather a stretched out 16:9 in the display window (see attached image). Same on the Hik_Connect app on my phone. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to change or merge two windows vertically to show this camera in the correct aspect! I hope someone may please be able to help me out! I can't seem to use iVMS-4200 as it won't find my equipment and haven't gone directly in the NVR setup to try anything (not sure if any live view modifications hold true for the web view). I also do NOT have the a LIve View settings menu in my camera or NVR (I have seen some people have that in videos I've watched, but I do not have it).
