since I enabled deep stack my memory usage is going way up

running the latest version and with 3 dahua IPC-HFW5241E-Z12E cameras, one speed dome that has lost it's ability to gone on patrol inside of BI and when I added one dahua camera
IPC-T2431T-AS 2.8mm to the deep stack my memory usage shot up to 69% no way can I use deep stack on the other 13 cameras.

the pc is a evga x299 dark mb with an EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti kingpin 7920x cpu and

CORSAIR DOMINATOR Platinum Special Edition Torque 32GB (4 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Desktop Memory Model CMD32GX4M4C3200C14T.

I wonder what settings I have wrong

What version of BI? 5.4.5.1 just came out that looks to improve memory usage. Its still in the beta channel though. Best to stick with stable 5.4.4.8 while still ironing out the kinks if you aren't already on it.

it is version 5.4.5.1.
now I have bi on my 4tb S drive but deep stack is running on my c drive as it would not let me put it on my S drive with BI.

maybe I have an old version of deepstack are you using? is there a desktop interface or do you just start it and forget it?
