First time post here.
I've been using BI to record video for around 6 cameras, Vivotek IB9387-H's, for a client. We record 1080p at 60fps, H.265, direct to disk. My client prefers AVI format for their exported clips, but they report that the footage is slowed down and choppy. A 30 sec video turns into a 2.5 min slow mo. We are not seeing this issue with other formats like MP4, just AVI. We mainly use VLC media player to review clips but we've also tried windows media player and found the same issues. Does anyone have any advice for how to fix this? Is this typical for AVI? I haven't really worked with AVI before.
