I have a DS-2CD2712F-I and I believe the firmware on it when I purchased was 5.2.5. There was an option for "Smart IR" and a slider to manually adjust the distance. When I upgraded the firmware to 5.4, that option disappeared. I contacted Hikvision, and they said the option had been replaced with Smart Supplemental Light, and no distance adjustment. Do I have any option to get this feature back? maybe downgrade firmware back to 5.2.5?
