Has anyone had a issue with playback working with Smart PSS to the NVR 52xx-4ks2 after firmware 4.0/.1 ?
My live view or playback does not work with Smart PSS to the NVR.
If on the camera directly there is live view via PSS.
I was not having trouble pulling clips from NVR with PSS until after the update. Now the playback will show on the timeline with IVS events but will not play, nor will the live view in PSS going via NVR to the camera.
I can download a snippet of the timeline but the downloaded size on windows show 1k.
On a 4108-4ks2 with the 4.0.1 firmware, PSS has no issues playing.
Tried on 2 different PC's with PSS - 2.002.08 and a older version with the same results.
