SMART PSS record problem

I have a PTZ camera set up and can view it fine with Smart PSS. I have set up PC-NVR and allocated space on D; drive. I have added the camera in Channel Management and the record plan is set to Regular all week, however I am not getting any recordings. I can click the record button on Live View and it records through the FTP setup on the camera but when I go to Device CFG>Storage>HDD Manager, Local Storage tab has nothing listed. FTP is enabled and set up, but again, that only seems to work if I manually click the record button. I'd like the camera to records 24/7 to my D: drive.

Can someone help me figure this out?

I use it as a viewer/playback tool for which it’s great. But I don’t use the PC-NVR function.

I wonder if because FTP is setup it’s trying to use that instead? Maybe disable FTP? Shouldnt need that to record locally?

What do you use for recording?
I disabled the FTP but still nothing in Local Storage. Iset this up about a year ago and I seem to recall that I set up the FTP because I could never get it to record locally.

I use a Dahua NVR
