Hi guys, I'm currently using a Dahua CCTV and the smart PSS program to record traffic footage. It is part of my University and it was set up by the security department. Ive ran into a few problems that I can't seem to find a fix to.
1. Local records cannot record footage for more than 30mins. After 30mins of recording, an error pops up saying Device Setup Error: Windows 1 Local Record Failure.
2. When I try to set up the schedule record for the channel I'm using, a similar pop up appears saying Device Setup Error: Failed to get record plan data.
These seem like basic setup problems, but I don't know exactly how troubleshoot them. Anyone have similar experiences?
