Smartphone app hang time shifting (Android)

Dear all,
whenever I try to view a registration on the mobile app, as soon as I try to move the slider to go back in time, it just stays there hanging. It's not frozen because I can go back to another camera.
This happens both on 4G and on WiFi on the same network as the BI server.

Just out of curiosity, does this happens only to me? I've tried 3 different Android smartphones!
