smartpss always showing offline when connected by LAN

Good day guys ,

i have this dilemma regarding the smart pss installed in my client PC , when connected in their router by lan or by wifi ,
all camera (Dahua) is offline
but when i connect my laptop using my own data , the cameras are online

can you pls give me some tips on how to solve this

How did you add the cameras to smart PSS on your clients PC, with SN or by ip address? Is it the same with your laptop??
Make sure the password / SN or IP is correct on the client PC under devices.
