Hello! I'm having an issue with SmartPSS on my MacBook Air with the M2 chip, updated to Sonoma 14.6. SmartPSS worked correctly until the other night when, due to some problems, I had to restore my computer. After completing the restoration process, I reinstalled SmartPSS by downloading it, as usual, from the official Dahua website, but since then I have been unable to control PTZ cameras with it. The commands remain disabled. With the same settings, PTZ works on all my other Windows PCs. The user has all the necessary permissions, and just to be sure, I even tried creating a new user, but unfortunately, I haven't solved the problem. After uninstalling and reinstalling both SmartPSS and macOS multiple times, I'm reaching out to you for help. Thank you.

You can try to install different (older?) versions of SmartPSS Lite and test them for PTZ functionality...
anyone else having the issue of the cameras appearing zoomed in 2x to the corner (i havent actually zoomed it in) on smartpss lite?
happens every time i bring a camera into maximized view or resized the window. only fix ive found is to restart the software entirely.
