I run the same version of Smartpss on two laptops. Both laptops access the same NVR via WIFI. The Smartpss config settings on both laptops are identical. Smartpss on both laptops used to work correctly up until 2 days ago. At that time Smartpss on laptop B suddenly stopped working so I uninstalled it and re installed it. The Smartpss version is still the same on both laptops.
Now, on laptop A the Operation "Event" correctly displays the recent events but on the other laptop B the Event page is always blank.
A second, possibly related, problem is that on laptop A the sound file (an intrusion alert) plays correctly when an alarm event (intrusion in this case) occurs but on laptop B the sound file does not play when an alarm event occurs.
Any suggestions as to the cause of the problem and a solution?
