I been using playback notification on iDMSS since I couldn't get snapshot to work on it. Last night I thought I would give it another shot and I still can't get snapshot to work on it from NVR.
I must have missed a setting somewhere in the NVR to send snapshot on IVS detect.
I don't have motion detect enable because I don't want it to trigger on motion detect but on IVS smart alarm. Do I need to have snapshot enable on the motion detect too? Also the scheduling, do you have general enable too? or just alarm?
