Snapshot resolution problem

Hi!

I have Dahua WIFI cameras. And more than 50 Dahua "cable" IP cameras (different type) without snapshot resolution problem!

"OLD", without snapshot resolution problem:
IPC-HFW1235S-W-S2
IPC-HFW1435S-W-0280B-S2

"NEW", with snapshot resolution problem (Firmware: V2.800.0000000.1.R, Build Date: 2022-03-15)
IPC-HFW1230DS-SAW-0280B
IPC-HFW1430DS-SAW-0280B

The problems:

• No "general" option in snapshoz type!
• MAX snapshot resolution is ONLY VGA!

Is this a new "feature" or firmware error?

Did you check under storage manager? Maybe the newer models/firmware’s have a low default

Under storage manager, similar problem. General option is missing.

My bad, I meant check under camera, encode settings, it’ll look like that but have your resolution options.
