SNMP traps working DS-2CD2332-I

I have been trying every combo on my new DS-2CD2332-I to get SNMP traps when motion detects and its really frustrating me. I also attempted to snmpwalk the device and thats not working.

On motion trigger i've tried all of them..

[TD="class: height25 paddingleft5"] Send Email[/TD]

[TD="class: height25 paddingleft5"] Upload to FTP [/TD]

[TD="class: height25 paddingleft5"] Trigger Channel

I can only get the send email and ftp to work..[/TD]

Is the surveillance center remote monitoring service or your cms?
