Solved - BI not alerting

Tried to search for an answer but didn't come up with anything specific...

Howdy folks,

Running into an issue with alerting. I have my front door cam setup to alert.
I created alerts for Email, SMS, and Push notifications. I've setup and tested an SMTP server and also have the mobile app on my phone. However with all of this I am still not alerted by any means configured. The logs (status/info) don't seem to give me any information as to what's going on.

Where can I start troubleshooting the issue?
 
And after all that, just looking at the images I took solved the issue for me. It was clear after reviewing the images that I had DE-selected the profiles that are in use instead of actually selecting them.

Well, that was embarrassing.
