Some IP cameras no longer accessible online?

Hi, I have 2 or 3 ip cameras which I set up for home security, with the option of motion detect, etc. For quite some time these cameras were also accessible online with live streaming, using an Android App like Eyecloud or similar, but then they stopped working online and now are only accessible on the local network, The cameras are connected to a TP LInk router - TL-MR6400

What could the solution be? Thanks.

More info needed:
  • Your ISP type (such as DSL, cable, satellite, wireless).
  • New modem and/or router recently
  • Did you scan a QR code or enter camera UID's when first set up.
If initially a P2P cloud setup (the QR code), possibly their server is offline.

The internet is 4g. The router is about 1 year old. I think I scanned the QR code to install the cameras

Their offshore server is likely down.
You could try a do-over, basically delete the app an re-install, including the scan of the QR code(s).
P2P can be risky but at best, subject to the integrity and up-time of their server.

So I suppose it's better in general to buy the more known IP Camera brands, since they should have more long term and reliable servers?
One of the cameras is a bit high up, requiring ladder access, I deleted and reinstalled this camera and Eyecloud app and to reinstall the camera I used the UID and password. I can still only access live images offline. I don't think it's a problem of 4g internet, although it seems to dip into 3g too. But I had deleted and reinstalled the Eyecloud app before and actually managed to recover online access, but then after maybe some days, it vanished again. Thanks
