I'm working on a system with some older Sony IPELA SNC-RZ50N IP cams. The PTZ mechanism fails. The mechanism does not freeze or lock up but there is no longer electronic control. I've seen lots of these fail, has anybody troubleshot them to find if there is a common cause? Like power supplies, we see a lot of capacitor failures. The video comes through just fine, just no ptz control.
