It's a long shot but this showed up in a drop-down for a Speco camera in Blue Iris and is unlike any that I saw in the iSpy URL's from that link you provided. Try it in VLC, don't forget to put 2 "/" after "rtsp:", as the forum won't allow 2 to be displayed consecutively:
Specs say it's ONVIF compliant so if the above doesn't work I'd install Blue Iris on a PC on a 15 day trial, create a new cam, enter camera IP address, username and password then click on "Find/Inspect" and let Blue Iris query the cam and see what the path is populated with.
