It was the girls 16th birthday party. She was going to bring us some birthday cake, but we have not seen it. Hahahaha

I noticed that also. I'm not surprised that it finally flew into his/her yard again.

Suggestion: Show your neighbor how to anchor the umbrella, or bust it up the next time.
