Im posting if someone can provide assistance on issue's i have on this type of camera. using the sricam apps I can view the video from my phone but when I installed the device viewer in the pc, it could not display the video feed coming from the camera but i could hear the audio captured by the camera, I tried the IE web browser as per instruction from their website and the same issue, no video but only audio. also i tried installing the device viewer in an XP OS, the same issue i have. my current OS is windows 7 32bit.
