Starting ans stopping application

On V3 U was able to start and stop the application by using the net start and net stop commands. That does not appear to work with V4. Is there a way to start and stop the application? I see there is a close application when you right click on the BI icon in the taskbar.

If you have V4 set to run as a service, then you should still be able to start/stop with a command. net stop blueiris works for me on V4
