Status alerts via iOS push

Hello

Looking for some help.
I used to have a status alert every hour, on the hour.
It used to show a snapshot of my cams and a bunch of detail underneath (deleted files, status, IP address). I found it quite useful. This was working fine on V4.

Since I have upgraded to V5 I no longer get the image or the detail I had before.
I still get an hourly push, but it usually gives me a single error like...
Signal: network retry (xx)
-or-
Signal: restored (xx)
-or-
Web: error: no stream (xx)

Can anyone point me in the right direction to help get this back?

I was just about to post as I have the same issue. I use iOS, email, and SMS alerts and no longer get the nice listing of recent statuses. Have you emailed support?

I would get an email like above, with a snapshot of all my cameras below the list.

UPDATE: I accidentally deleted my email alert entry and had to re-add it. The email alerts work correctly now! I'm going to delete and re-add my phone entry and see. Maybe they didn't transfer correctly when I upgraded from V4 to V5?

UPDATE TO THE UPDATE: deleted and re-added the phone entry but still no log data. Manually added my email to sms entry to the email one and it worked. I have Verizon and it appears that the default address strips the data short. I added my number@vzwpix.com and it went! The default @vtext.com worked but only gave a line or two of logs. Must be a character limit to Verizon texts.
