Hello all

After a lot of help with @alastairstevenson , I can now get my PC's to see the new camera in a bowser, but still cannot add it to BI --I just get the grey box 'Cam 4 no signal'

However, when I entered the camera ip details & pressed 'find/inspect', Blue Iris reported with :

So, what am I doing wrong. BI is detecting the correct camera, just not displaying the video signal ??

As always, any help would be ever so gratefully received

Update ....

Thank you to everyone who has replied, especially @alastairstevenson & @pozzello I've finally figured it out :)

After entering the IP address 'Network IP camera configuration' page & pressing 'find/inspect' I just carried on with how the configuration was auto-filled without checking it

The path auto-filled was wrong - it was showing the RSTP URL (above) and not the 'first source' (as above)

Change this, restart twice & the camera - in fact both new camera's - are working :) :) :)

It's only taken 2 weeks
