I have a camera in my daughters room that is set to only record motion over night..
This worked great on a previous install, but since reinstalling due to.. well.. something went wrong.. shortly after the nighttime profile kicks in, the stream gets waaay behind.. up to 5 minutes. I resolve this by editing the camera settings and immediately clickin OK.. it seems to reset the stream and then everything is fine again.
Any ideas what could be causing this?
All my cameras are direct recording to a samba share. I'm running as a service. None of my other cameras suffer when this is going on.
All cameras are set to record continuously, this one only over night.
Edit : So after having to check on it in the night.. it seems it's not just after the profile kicks in.. at around 3:30am it was about 10 minutes behind.. by the morning it had corrected itself.. it doesn't appear to be affecting recording but it's very annoying, especialy on this specific camera to not be able to reliably view the live view.. This was working perfectly fine before i had to reinstall.
