I have a FunLux NVR 16 camera system. I am trying to use Blue Iris software for recording. I can setup the system in Blue Iris and can see Channels 1-3-7. The other channels all give me an error message. I don't think the problem is with Blue Iris.... It's strange that I can see 3 channels..mostly odd numbered and no even number channels. Has anyone seen anything like this before? All the setting are the same for all cameras, I just change the camera number in Blue Iris to pick which camera I am setting up. I used all the same settings in Blue Iris for every camera. By the way, I have to use the Zmodo NVR option to get it to work.... seems FunLux is not supported. Zmodo is the parent company of FunLux.

After several hours of tinkering and using IPSearch..... It seems the camera firmware is the culpurt. I was able to setup 4 of my 16 cameras in Blue Iris that have the same firmware installed (English Version) The other cams have some other version that just shows Chinese when accessed. They can not be added to Blue Iris. I am in the process of contacting Funlux (Zmodo) to see how I can upgrade the firmware like the other four.

So simply put, Funlux cams will work with Blue Iris using Zmodo Camera NVR settings...All cams have to be entered as PARA {1} and pick Cam 1 for each one every time. The cams have to have the updated firmware though, or they will not work.
