Suddenly recording individual clips rather than one long video

I woke up this morning and was checking my video from last night, all clips are a single recording with the tag "Motion A" as shown below.\

I'm sure I caused this with a change to motion detection or recording times but now sure what change that was and how to fix it.

NM<, had clicked all clips on the clip view window
