Suggested new GPU for a new build for a friend? Similar to gtx970

My GTX970 runs very well with CPAI. But as we know they are old.

What new GPU would compare to a gtx970 in terms of inference speeds? (cudos cores)

The best will depend on what is important to you.

I value;
low power usage
good price
decent AI performance.

I bought GTX 1650 for all of my Blue Iris machines.
They only use 70 watts
They do all of the coding/decoding for 16 cameras, handle Codeproject AI, and do some other AI/pytorch stuff I am playing with on my own.

If I had to buy today it would be the same OR I would look at the RTX 3050 as the power rating on that is close to 70 watts as well.
