suggestions and question on an ipcam without NVR

I'm looking for a good day/night outdoor with as wide a lens as possible. Needs to have local storage or ability to stream to ftp/webdav etc. It's for a remote telecom tower that runs on solar so a local NVR is too much power budget.

I've never used a hikvision, I have many hundreds of aircam and UVC in the field but am completely over them.
