Suggestions for new cameras with open firmware and ethernet

Hello IpCamTalkers,
I came here after googling a bit .
I have some chinese cameras which force me to watch ads to use their apps. Its insanely inconvenient when there is a notification and i cannot see the camera till i watch the ad. I am looking for some help to get some new ip cameras which support ethernet ( poe if possible ) and dual lens ( fixed and ptz )
Prefer to run openIPC or thingino.
Does anyone have experience with some good quality cameras like this for Outside and Inside .. Looking for some aliexpress items. Thanks all
