Hi, I am replacing my old analog cctv system with a new blue iris based ip system. I have read some of the forums and am impressed with the Dahua cameras. I am unsure what cameras would work the best. It is a c-store where I will need some cameras inside to look for shoplifters and on the register and stockroom for internal theft. I also want some cameras to focus on the entrances to try to id anybody that breaks in or commits a robbery. Don't think I need ir cameras inside the building as it always has lights on even when closed. Looking for dome and bullet cameras for this.

I would also want to put some cameras outside with ir that can capture license plate data if focused on the chokepoints leaving out of the property. When the store is open at night there is outdoor lighting. I do not know how the ir cameras would handle this as they are bright halogen lights. Also, it would be nice if they had enough resolution to id people as in the past any robberies they would not put on a mask until right before they entered the building and usually approached from the same general direction.

Thanks for any help
