SV3C 5MP Reset to defaults????

I messed up and locked myself out of the web interface on my SV3C 5MP POE camera. Now I cannot get in to it to make any changes to the settings. It works, as I have added it to Blue Iris but I'd like to tweak a couple more settings and I can't get in to it. I have tried the Hikvision utility SADP and the SV3C Search Tool trying to gain access and to the web settings to no avail. The camera doesn't even show up in the SV3C Search Tool but it does in the SADP. I even took the darn thing apart trying to find a reset button on the inside of it somewhere, it don't have one. Is there anything else I can try or is there an official factory reset for these things? I've searched for hours on multiple sites and have found nothing that helps.

Just a little more information here, what I did was accidentally uncheck the WEB enable service port. That is why I can't log in to it anymore. All the rest of them are still checked. The attached screenshot is from another camera just like the one I messed up on.
