SV3C Camera Install Trouble On NVR

Hello,
I have a LaView POE NVR with built-in switch (16 Channels) for over 5 years. The LaView NVR is model # LV-N9616D6E.
I recently bought a replacement camera SV3C model # B01POE-3MPL-A and I have been having trouble getting it to connect to my NVR.
The last thing I did was reset the camera to factory defaults. But I changed the IP address to Static 192.168.1.36.
On the NVR channel #11 setup I selected manual setup: Ip Address : 192.168.1.36, Protocol: ONVIF, Management Port: 8080, Channel No.: 1, Transfer Protocol: Auto, User Name: admin, Password: admin.
If I connect the IP Camera directly into my local router, I can see my camera/video on the NVR monitor and NRV Apps.
But if I connect the IP Camera directly into channel #11 on the back of the NVR, the camera never connects! The internet cable has a built in green LED which is blinking as normal. When I run an app "Advanced IP scanner" on my PC, the IP address is found but labels it dead what ever that means. I can not ping the IP address.
