Swann NHD-875ER help - and hello!

Hi All - complete newby here.

I have 3 Swann NHD-875ER cameras that stopped working after a firmware update.
Swann have replaced the cameras with new ones but now I have three left over which I'd like to get back up and running if possible?

If anyone has any suggestions that would help it would be much appreciated!

It sounds like the firmware update may have bricked your Swann NHD-875ER cameras. Since Swann replaced them, they likely considered them unrecoverable, but there are a few things you can try to get them working again:

1. Power Cycle – Unplug and reconnect.
2. Factory Reset – Check for a reset button inside the camera.
3. Direct PC Connection – Use Angry IP Scanner to find its IP.
4. Reflash Firmware – Try an older firmware if available.
5. ONVIF/RTSP Test – Use ONVIF Device Manager or VLC.
6. Swann Support – Ask if there's a recovery method.
