Swiveling panoramic camera

Hello,

I am looking for a camera for our company premises to include on the website. The camera should be attached to a tower and then pan back and forth automatically. In the best case, also zoom in on some highlights.
Such cameras can often be found in cities livestreams. It should look something like this.

1.) Are there cameras up to 1000 - 1500€
2.) What should you pay attention to during assembly, in terms of weather, snow/cold/warmth/spiders?
3.) What do you call such cameras and what function should they have?

The Dahua SD5A425XA-HNR (PTZ5A4M-25X) PTZ camera will work as illustrated in your live feeds. Cost in the range of $750 USD. Check with Andy (kingsecurity2014@163.com) for availability and current price.

The issue with a PTZ, on tour or using presets, is that the camera will have a limited lifetime due to mechanical issues at some future date. It will all depend on often the camera has to move and zoom.

An option, would be to use a fixed camera that can be zoomed in and focused for your needs and then kept at those settings. Add additional cameras and just switch between feeds to your website. The Dahua IPC-HFW5442E-Z4E is a 8 to 32 mm zoom camera. About $250 USD. But once the zoom is set it is generally not changed unless a different field of view is desired. However, it is NOT a PTZ camera.

I always liked the way those look vs the usual big ass PTZs. But, yeah, does kinda have that killer robot thing going on.
