Take static pictures at a fixed time interval

I am looking for a way to take a static picture of an object at a fixed time internal, and auto upload it to the cloud. For example, I'd like to take a picture of my fish tank or a plant every 10min, and auto upload the pictures to the cloud. Is there a consumer camera that can do it?

I have Arlo pro 2, but don't think it does what I want.
