raccoons are nasty and will kill the possums
yeah my male cat tangled with one a few years ago, came back brutally bloody. But Im guessing the coon had more than a few lumps too.

I bought them and then threw them away after my golden got all weepy when we caught a young possum in it.

They are a necessity around my place for coons, possums & skunks. No problem with the dogs getting weepy, they are hounds so their favorite varmint is a dead varmint.
I thought we were finally gonna see that panther of yours tackle a gator.
