Not much action around here since the Coyotes moved on. The local stray cats are finally starting to earn their keep. Notice that the cat did not immediately bite the rat, because he already has rat in mouth. 2 rats in mouth when he ran off. Not a bad night for that cat. All light in scene is only IR from this cam and 2 other cams, all Dahua starlights. Don't forget to set playback to 1080 on youtube.

You sure that wasn't a baby rabbit? We've had cats kill the baby rabbits around my house, but maybe that was a rat.

By George, I think you are right. A few minutes later I saw another critter run across the far end of drive w/ the resident rabbit I always see sitting in the grass. That Damn cat did did not earn his keep after all. Never saw a rat run so slow before. Thanks for the heads up @gwminor48.
