the remote server returned an error 404 server not found

last night I started getting this error when trying to log in from my lan on pcs and macbook that it had worked the day before. used an online port checker and it is open but the really odd thing is I can connect via my phone . I tried deleting it and reinstalling. shutting down the firewalls but still no go

so I was driving myself nuts trying to access BI on the network, went through virus scans, firewall settings and nothing would let me see BI, so this morning I switched the lan address on that machine and it's back in business. leave it to me to find the glitch in the matrix
