USPS is broke and HAS been broke for a long time.
Birmingham has too many workers in the sort area that are downright ignorant and lazy.
I currently have a package that has been sitting in BHM for 5, yes FIVE, frickin' days now for no good reason except somebody may have to put their phone down and actually do what they're being paid HANSOMELY to do.
