Three 8-port gigabit POE switches - Daisy Chain?

Hi Guys,
I'm putting a system into 3 buildings of ours, 16 Hikvision 4mp cams in total. The Area is huge so my intentions are to use 3 separate gigabit POE switches in each building. I've been doing alot of reading about how to network these, my first intentions where to daisy chain switch to switch but I've read alot of negatives about this, but at the same time if I run 16 cams with h264 should the gigabit switches not be able to handle this?

The NVR will be beside the first switch so I realise it will take the most load. The switches have a backpane bandwidth of 18mbps, im using solid copper core CAT5E cable.

Whats your views guys? I know that if one switch goes out the system is down, but its not a huge concern for me. I'm more worried if the gigabit switches will handle the traffic.

You should be fine daisy chaining gigabit switches with only 16 cameras, as far as bandwidth is concerned there will be plenty to spare. However I strongly recommend that you use fiber optics to link the buildings to each other rather than ordinary network cable, so that power surges at one location can't spread over the network wiring to the other buildings.
