Time setting issue

I recently purchased two Dahua IPC and connected them to my BI setup. Once I sync the IPC and save it displays the correct time on my Blue Iris monitor. Approximately 30 minutes later the time adjusts one earlier.

Can someone please assist with resolving this issue ? Thank you.
 
Most run an ntp server on their bi machine to ensure proper time sync.
