Dang loopholes! An automobile extended warranty salesperson will read the sign and call out, or whistle loudly until someone answers. Neither of which is 'ringing' or 'knocking' thus exempting them from any financial responsibility.

Need to adjust the language... "By summoning us, you agree to the terms stated above."
