tinyCam on Nvidia Shield dropping motion frames from Wyze Cams

I'm running tinyCam 15.3 on an Nvidia Shield in background mode. I just configured motion detection (objects only) and when the system records video it drops frames every 2 seconds. The cameras are Wyze V2s running the RTSP firmware. The problem occurs whether I'm monitoring and recording from one camera or five. Web view of the cameras seems to be fine.

Any suggestions?

Here is a sample video of the problem note the jump in the time stamp...(it is also tagging non-moving vehicles, but that's a different issue.)
