TP-Link C310 & Sunnyjane cameras won't connect to my TP-Link C80 router

Help needed for a camera Newbie!

I have a TP-Link C310 camera which works OK on wired (it even formats the SD card in the camera and updated the firmware) but doesn't work on wireless, using TP-Link's Tapo Android app. It never gets an IP address assigned by the DHCP server on my TP-Link Archer C80 router. All my wireless devices connect Ok to my router.
I've just been trying a new Sunnyjane Battery Outdoor Wireless Camera. That has no wired socket but same problem with my router.

TP-Link support just paste their camera support documentation pages on their replies to my posting the prblem on my C3130. I've tried chatting with the Sunnyjane camera's customer services using the Aiwit Android app for connecting the camera, but they don't reply.

Only thing that I can think of is a setting in my router. Any ideas please?

The C310 camera is a Onvif camera as Android app Onvier found it. The log of the app's Debugging is in the attached file.I think the problem is that I don't know the user & password for the camera. It's not printed on the camera. I will try & contact Onvier's author for help.

When you first used the Tapo app on your smartphone you were asked to create a Tapo account and a username and password for the camera.
Did you download the manual here and follow it?

Solution is at zoneminder forums topic 136307
I found and read your posts there but I don't see the "solution" you mention.

Maybe this below will help. I have 2 Tapo C110 cameras that stream wirelessly via RTSP to Blue Iris or VLC.

The solution is in my last post on zoneminder forums topic 136307. Post is quite long, but essentially it says that TP-Link C80 router's default is to have Smart Connections set. This means that both 2.4GHz & 5GHz bands use the same SSID. I unset Smart Connections and turned 5GHz off.

So you are now viewing the Tapo C-310 wirelessly?

Useful I have Onver installed on my Android tablet. To add a device, it wants to know the username & password.

@TonyR
Useful link to manual in your post. I have Onver installed on my Android tablet. I've set a Reserved Address (for DHCP Server) in my router for the C310 camera's MAC Address. To add a device, it also wants to know the username & password. I must have set them when previously setting up the camera. I've tried various combinations of what I think they might be without success. I 'click' on the Settings icon in live viewing (of the Tapo app) but it doesn't show the 'Advanced Settings' hotspot. Screenshot attached. Any ideas?

On one of my 2 Tapo C-110's I reset with a paperclip and started over, and using the Tapo app on my Android phone created a new username and password.

EDIT: Maybe this is the issue....don't use the username of your camera account when ONVIFER asks for a username, use the "name" you gave the camera in the Tapo app....they're not the same.

In Tapo app, go to gear symbol at upper right, then up at top select "Devcie Info", then "Device Name" and use that name; if not one, give it one and use that as username.

There is no 'Device Info' at top. It's all black above the live photo. I tapped on the black area and a popup window then appeared. I now know the 'Device name'. I;ve tried a blank password and the password I've previously used. But still Onvier doesn't want to know.

OK now in Onvier. I created a 'Camera Account' with a suitable Username' and Password. Onvier accepted those credentials.
