Check out the PoE Switch Suggestion list linked in my signature. I don’t recall if that switch is listed or not.

It’s not in the list, but look at the BV-Tech BV-SW1602A; similar specs.

I just purchased one of these. The 16 POE+ ports are 10/100 which is fine for cameras but it has two gigabit ports for uplinking to another switch or recorder. It is fanless (shell has an opening for one) so it's completely silent. I normally prefer managed switches but in this case unmanaged is fine since I'll uplink it to a managed switch and everything on this one will be on the same VLAN anyway.

I just performed more detailed research in order to add this switch to the list, and it looks like a fake to me. The model number you listed is not found via a Google search, and the model number listed on the link is: "119W 18 ports witch 16 PoE Port". To make it really suspect, the model number on the blurry pictures is not really legible. Since we have many other legitimate switch options in the list, I won't be adding this one.

I am going to add images to the spreadsheet, because this is getting really confusing with all the switches that are re-branded. At lease with a picture, at quick glance you can tell the duplicates, theoretically.
