Hi All

I'm not sure if I've posted this in the correct location but if it isn't I'll apologize now and ask for an admin or mod to move it to the correct place.

Has anyone had any experiece with the Trajet Everec 280/281 automotive cameras? I've linked to the company website for this camera below. I've also not been able to find any reviews on this with a google search.

Hi dalepa

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm not sure on how long its been on the market or even how well it'll perform but it's about the right size for what I'm after which is an automotive ip camera to be used to record the inside of my workvan and connected to a wifi bridge and to my home wifi lan.

I'm also open to suggestions on anything that could suit the purpose which I'm intending on using it for.

Thanks

I've been looking for a dashcam that will automatically upload to wifi, but most all of the dash cams only record to sdcard. Some allow for direct wifi viewing, but I've yet to come across a remote IP viewable dashcam. It would be nice to have a LTE based dashcam, but the data plan would need to be unlimited...

http://forum.dashcamtalk.com/ has a large dashcam community and you may find more on what your trying to do there...

I had a dashcam for about 3 months, purchased from szswill.com at about $88, it do not support a WIFI feature.

Most keep recording in a loop, so you don't need to do anything until you want the Video. As most take audio, it is a good way to check if you have your Kids driving your car. You can hear conversations, and see where, how and how fast they drive. Most people forget about them, so you get a real idea.

I drive on dirt roads a bit, and there are often idiots coming around corners on the wrong side of the road. If I get hit, I can prove I was not at fault.

I would not hold out for a wifi dash cam. They are a set and forget black box for cars, and it is super great to have one.
