Trashy driver tosses can out window in this very short video. Didn't take but about fifteen seconds to find out where the vehicle (Texas license plate SKP 9971) was parked. So the can was stepped on to make it easier to throw further and promptly delivered back toward the offender's vehicle parked in a driveway at a house where the police will probably someday do a drug raid. LOL
