Does anyone know if TRENDnet’s TV-IP319PI camera can be hacked to take hikvision firmware? I know some trendnet cams are rebadged hikvisions. Hopefully this one is.

I think this might be a rebadged hikvision DS-2CD2185FWD can anyone confirm? Or explain a way of identifying this? Also can I just reflash with the hikvision firmware?

Inside the case there is a model number of 27089 rev 1.2 nws if that helps

As I am entirely new to just about everything around cams I stumbled over this post and I wonder if meanwhile a solution has been found to change the fw?
